The breakfast buffet impressed me. Plenty of options and delicious selections. The hotel’s location feels safe and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat while still being accessible to nearby attractions. Customer service stood out. Faber and Camilo were extremely helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the shower had low water pressure, which made for a less refreshing experience. Also, I received only one key for two travelers, which was inconvenient.

Great value family experience
The staff was super friendly like really! Especially at breakfast, they catered to our every need. We even got to buy a bottle of wine when the bar was closed, which was a nice touch!
The stay wasn’t exactly a bargain but worth it.

The facilities look brand new, and everything was spotless during my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the reception team, who made my arrival smooth. I truly enjoyed the stunning city view from my room, making for a picturesque backdrop during my stay.
